Engaged from diagnostic through go-to-market execution. Full operating model redesign, commercial architecture, and export strategy delivered. IANVS retained through live execution phase.

(The Problem)

A manufacturer with proprietary machine technology had a product with genuine market potential but no commercial infrastructure to realise it. No export framework. No go-to-market model. No governance structure aligned to growth. The gap was not technical — it was architectural.

(The Approach)

IANVS ran a full commercial diagnostic — mapping the product, the market, the competitive landscape, and the operational constraints. From the diagnostic, we built the go-to-market architecture, identified viable export channels, and redesigned the operating model to support commercial scale. No blueprint handed over and left. IANVS stayed through execution.
